Human Rights & Terrorism

Human rights are relevant to terrorism as concerns both its victims and its perpetrators. The concept of human rights was first expressed in the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which established "recognition of the inherent dignity and inalienable rights of all members of the human family." The innocent victims of terrorism suffer an attack on their most basic right to live in peace and security.

Martyr Beheshti was the victim of his justice

In his memories about the tragedy of Tir 7th, the Security deputy of Martyr Rajaee administration indicates Masoud Rajavi’s (gang leader of Mujahedin-e Khalq organization) meeting with Ayatollah Beheshti just a few weeks before his martyrdom and says: In that time when terrorist operations of this organization was entering a new more expanded phase and every day we heard the news about their assassinating a few more innocent peoples.

August 5th, Islamic Human Rights Day

In their recent meeting in Kampala Uganda, Foreign ministers of the member states of the organization of Islamic conference approved unanimously the suggesting resolution by the Islamic Republic of Iran about naming and dedicating a special day to the ”Islamic Human rights and generosity”. According to the new resolution, August 5th was determined in full agreement as the human rights day within Islamic countries.

MKO persecutes the dissidents

Human rights abuses carried out by MKO leaders against dissident members ranged from prolonged incommunicado and solitary confinement to beatings, verbal and psychological abuse, coerced confessions, threats of execution, and torture that in two cases led to death. The testimonies of the former MKO members indicate that the organization used three types of detention facilities inside its camps in Iraq.

Human rights in the cult of Rajavi

Talking about human rights in MKO cult seems impossible regarding the fact that what rules inside this camp has nothing to do with any human rights. As a matter of fact the only thing remains is to talk about violations on essential human rights inside the camp. There are many evidences and documents about human rights violations in Ashraf, based on the international communities' reports.

Human rights in the viewpoint of Islam

When we speak of human rights in Islam we really mean that these rights have been granted by God; they have not been granted by any king or by any legislative assembly. The rights granted by the kings or the legislative assemblies, can also be withdrawn in the same manner in which they are conferred. The same is the case with the rights accepted and recognized by the dictators

MKO dependent on Ba'ath party

It was 1989 and we were in Camp Takrit 5 when we were gratified to visit the holy shrines in Karbala and Najaf. There happened for us to be accompanied by another bus running close to our bus on the way to Karbala. When we reached the holy shrine of Imam Hussein, they were kept separated from us. We then realized that they were MKO members, those who were kept in Salahoddin camp as Rajavi's cult members.

once ,I was getting ready to go to the university when my mother stopped me and said: "Don't go to the university tonight my son, I sow in a dream that they killed you ." However I contented her that I was needed there and that I had tasks to take care . After arriving in the university mosque and saying a part of my prayers ,suddenly MKO terrorists surrounded me .

Martyr Samadi from his son’s tongue

It was Bahman 22, 1365 (1986) and every body was preparing to attend the ceremonies of the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran and also to participate in the related rallies .That day my father was very happy and cheerful .It was about 8 o’clock am that he said goodbye to the family; but before leaving the house turned to me and said:”take care of yourself my son. take care of the family”. And then he left the house .
